Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Mad Lips 21. If for any reason you are not, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made canvases are created specifically for you and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange if you change your mind.
