✦ TERMS & CONDITIONS — BIG FAT GIVEAWAY ✦

1. Organizer
 

The Big Fat Giveaway is organized and hosted by Mad Lips 21, in collaboration with Robo Faces and Luetas  (collectively referred to as the Founders).

This event aims to reward the NFT community through a cross-collection giveaway featuring artworks from:

  • X Lovers (Base)

  • Crypta Punk Lips (Polygon)

  • Robo Faces (Ethereum)

  • Luetas Fine Art (Ethereum)
     

2. Responsibility
 

Each Founder is individually responsible for distributing their own NFTs to the winners selected from the shared list.
If any issue arises regarding NFT delivery, blockchain transaction, or delay, participants must contact the specific Founder of the related collection.

Mad Lips 21 acts solely as the event coordinator and cannot be held liable for NFTs belonging to other Founders.
 

3. Eligibility
 

  • One entry per person/wallet address.

  • Participants must provide a valid ETH or Base wallet address and complete the form with accurate information.

  • Entries suspected of being fake, duplicated, or automated will be disqualified without notice.
     

4. Selection of Winners

  • Winners are chosen at random from all verified form submissions.

  • Each Founder will select and send their NFTs directly to their chosen winners.

  • The final results will be announced publicly on X (Twitter).
     

5. Fraud & Disqualification

Any attempt to cheat, use multiple wallets, provide false information, or use scripts/bots will result in immediate disqualification from the giveaway.
The organizers reserve the right to remove entries that violate these rules.
 

6. Liability

The Founders are not responsible for:

  • Gas fees are required for receiving NFTs.

  • Technical issues with wallets or blockchain networks.

  • Loss of access to the wallet or incorrect addresses provided by participants.
     

7. General

By submitting the form, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
The giveaway is free to enter and has no monetary value.
NFTs cannot be exchanged for cash or other assets.
The Founders reserve the right to modify or cancel the event at any time if necessary.
