1. Organizer
The Big Fat Giveaway Return is organized and hosted solely by Mad Lips 21, creator of the X Lovers NFT collection.

This giveaway distributes NFTs from the X Lovers ecosystem, including special airdrops designed to expand the X Lovers universe and reward early participants.

2. Eligibility
• One entry per person/wallet address.
• Participants must submit a valid Ethereum or Base-compatible wallet address.
• Entries containing invalid, duplicated, or suspicious information may be disqualified.

3. Instant Win Mechanism
This giveaway operates on an instant win basis.

Participants who successfully complete the entry form may receive one (1) randomly selected NFT from the giveaway pool.

NFTs are distributed while supplies last.

Once the available supply of giveaway NFTs has been exhausted, the giveaway will automatically end.

4. NFT Distribution
Each eligible participant may receive one (1) NFT selected at random from the giveaway pool.

NFTs will be distributed directly to the wallet address submitted by the participant via blockchain transfer (airdrop).

Participants are responsible for ensuring that the wallet address provided is correct and accessible.

5. Fraud & Disqualification
Any attempt to manipulate the giveaway, including the use of bots, scripts, duplicate entries, or multiple wallets intended to gain unfair advantage, may result in immediate disqualification without notice.

6. Liability
Mad Lips 21 is not responsible for:

• Incorrect wallet addresses submitted by participants
• Loss of access to a participant's wallet
• Blockchain network issues or delays
• Gas fees required to interact with NFTs after receipt

7. General Conditions
Participation in the giveaway implies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

The giveaway is free to enter and the NFTs distributed have no guaranteed monetary value.

NFTs cannot be exchanged for cash or other assets.

Mad Lips 21 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if necessary.
